1. Return Window (6 Days)
You can request a return within 6 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused
Original tags must be intact
Product must be in original packaging
No stains, damage, or signs of wear
Returns requested after 6 days will not be accepted.
2. Refund Timeline (Within 10 Days)
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refund will be processed within 10 working days
Amount will be credited to your original payment method
You’ll receive email confirmation once processed
Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Worn or washed products
Items without original tags
Discounted / Sale items
Gift cards
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style:
Return the original item (within 6 days)
Place a new order
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective item
The wrong product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll resolve it on priority.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable
