2. Placing Orders

• You can place orders through our site or by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process with payment and shipping details.

• We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (in select locations).

• All prices are final, inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• After placing an order, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation.

• You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@toobvius.com.

• Once dispatched, cancellations are not guaranteed and you may need to process a return after delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other regions: 5–8 business days

• Tracking details will be sent via email/SMS or available in your account.

• Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen factors. We will notify you if this happens.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with tags intact.

• To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@toobvius.com with your order details.

• Returns for damaged or incorrect items are free; otherwise, reverse shipping charges may apply.

• Exchanges (size/color) are allowed if the item is in stock. If not, a full refund will be issued.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. For COD orders, the amount will be credited to your Toobvius Wallet, while prepaid order refunds are issued directly to the original payment source.

6. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping information in your account to ensure successful delivery.

• Passwords and account details must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Toobvius (images, text, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute our content without prior written Permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to its terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Toobvius is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our Services, except where liability is required by law. Our maximum liability will not exceed the total purchase price of the product involved.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
